Due to the nature of our perfume oils and personal care products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us prior to ordering.

2. Damages And Issues

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, in the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the case of damaged or faulty items. If the item is no longer available, we may offer a product of equal value. Please ensure items are unused and in their original condition when returning them for exchange.

4. Refunds
