Refunds will be issued once returned items are received and approved by our team. To initiate a return, please email us at info@olicollective.com with your order details.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval, however please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Please note, as part of our returns process, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer).
For faulty or damaged products, we may offer either a refund or replacement depending on availability.
